SOMETHING IMPORTANT WE WANT YOU TO KNOW:
Most spots (about 95%) will be removed with the initial cleaning process. Some stains can be removed with spotting agents while others cannot and are considered permanent (without taking the colour out of the fibres). Unfortunately we can not assure all spots or stains will be removed completely. This will be explained during the pre-cleaning inspection of your carpet or flooring. Permanent damage can be caused by the sun's UV rays which can be in the form of colour loss and/or distortion (especially with nylon). Fibre deterioration from heavy traffic and lack of maintenance (dry vacuuming) may give the effect of apparent soil after complete drying of your carpet. This is more common in traffic lanes and sitting areas. (entrances, hallways, in front of couches, chairs and kitchen tables) These areas give the appearance of being "still dirty" but these areas simply reflect light differently therefore giving the appearance of still being soiled, which is almost always NOT the case. This is called "shading". Just remember...dry vacuuming on a weekly basis is important to extend the life of your carpet, which is expensive to replace as we all know. The main purpose of dry vacuuming is to remove sand, because sand acts just like sandpaper does on wood...as you walk on your carpet the pressure cuts the fibres destroying them.
